Our Perth and Brisbane Office are looking for a Full-Time Learning Experience Manager to join our team on a 12-month Max Term contract.
About the role
- Lead and develop a team of specialists and administrators responsible for content design and implementation
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks to enhance people capability
- Promote cross business learning and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Manage end to end development, implementation and evaluation of training programs
- Advise and consult with Executive and Senior Leadership on reviewing platforms, processes and training.
About you
- A tertiary qualification in Education, Training & Assessment or related field
- Experienced in leadership and project management
- Skilled stakeholder engagement and ability to align learning initiatives with organisational objectives
- Demonstrated expertise in development of training programs and needs analysis
- Proficient in content creation and facilitation
