Our Perth and Brisbane Office are looking for a Full-Time Learning Experience Manager to join our team on a 12-month Max Term contract.

About the role

• Lead and develop a team of specialists and administrators responsible for content design and implementation
• Develop and implement strategic frameworks to enhance people capability
• Promote cross business learning and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Manage end to end development, implementation and evaluation of training programs
• Advise and consult with Executive and Senior Leadership on reviewing platforms, processes and training.

About you

• A tertiary qualification in Education, Training & Assessment or related field
• Experienced in leadership and project management
• Skilled stakeholder engagement and ability to align learning initiatives with organisational objectives
• Demonstrated expertise in development of training programs and needs analysis
• Proficient in content creation and facilitation
